Lessons to the mind from Vraha Avatar

The mighty boar accomplishes its task of restoring not only Dharma but the checks and balances of the creation being in the hands of the supreme Lord no one can challenge the Lord and even think of being successful. The Lord targets Hiranyaksha's ignorance with astounding force.

Hiranyaksha, meaning 'one with the golden eyes' or one who has eyes for gold, is the personification of our mind that is ever focused on material values of life; it brushes away the spiritual and ethical values. When the Lord overcomes the limitations of the Hiranyakshas limited strength and teaches through this incarnation how important are the spiritual and ethical values and the duty of each one of us to up keep dharma to be favored by the Lord.

The above lessons from Varaha Incarnation annihilates all teh negative impression of our mind and reading this pastimes destroys the sins of several life time that we had been accumulating. Reading sharing and discussing such pastimes bring in peace and tranquility in the mind and bestows us with spiritual merits.
